It is extremely important to us that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases so if you do not feel your purchase was what you expected, please contact us as we are happy to arrange a refund providing the item is returned to us in the original condition.

The cost of sending the article back will be at cost to you. Upon receiving the item we will offer a full refund (minus the cost of shipping) or we will send you a replacement (which ever is preferred).

Upon receiving your order please fully inspect the item for any damage and contact us immediately if there appears to be any issue with the packaging or your purchase. It is also important to note that crystals are natural products, and are beautifully imperfect with caves and cracks - please consider this prior to making a purchase with us.

Contact via email will be required within 14 days of purchase in order to make any claims. Claims made beyond this time frame will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Once payment has been received it will be assumed that you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions mentioned in the above statement.
